I have a background in music performance and production, with an academic background in Sociology and Art and Technology. I produced and performed on records in NYC, Cuba, and Uruguay, as well as leading and performing with my own musical project in NYC and DJing on the side.
I received my Master's Degree from Tisch-NYU, where I concentrated on designing and building musical experiences in a variety of mediums, including Motion Capturing and Virtual Reality. My Master's Thesis is about exploring new ways of telling ethnomusicological stories using modern tools.
Lately, I have been curating and producing Liminal Instruments, an interactive exhibition about the future of musical instruments. I also design and produce projects of different scales and types, whether they be physical, audio, or graphic design.
